The diversity of culture, historic, climate and geographic of Indonesia can be seen in its architecture. These aspects are reflected in the various design and ornament of traditional houses across Indonesia that can still be found in our modern architecture.
Cultural changes and the shift of lifestyle brings significance in building style and technique. Thus, the implementation of traditional ornament in modern design need to acknowledge both functionality and the harmony of the architecture. Through designing in Gardin Residence, both traditional and modern aspects complimented each other and forms a living space that brings the very best of Indonesian tradition and the comfort of modern living.
Traditional meets modern with tropical vibe - that is the look and feel this booklet must convey. Therefore the design uses warm wooden brown color on simple layout, supported with interior and mood photos that shows tropical vibes.
